2. Booking and Scheduling

All cleaning appointments must be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by email. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time, but all appointments are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email or phone.


3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of [Amount] to cover our loss. While our cleaners take the utmost care when cleaning your home or office, Carpet Masters is not liable for any damage caused to property as a result of pre-existing conditions, such as loose shelves, broken fixtures, or improperly installed items.

We recommend that you inform us of any fragile or delicate items that may require special care during the cleaning process. Carpet Masters is also not responsible for damage or loss due to events beyond our control, such as fires, floods, or natural disasters.


8. Safety and Working Conditions

To ensure the safety of our cleaners and the quality of service, we request that the premises be free of hazardous materials, including but not limited to biohazards, exposed wiring, and toxic chemicals. If our cleaners encounter unsafe working conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the service without penalty.
